Acer Property Maintenance is an independent maintenance company with over 30 years experience.  

Acer provides building maintenance in the South Tyneside area and the North East of England. We employ a qualified and multi-skilled workforce able to complete a wide variety of tasks. All staff are CRB (police) checked and at present are carrying out maintenance on Holiday accommodations, private day nurseries as well as domestic and commercial properties.

We have our own professional workshop with skilled operators, therefore enabling us to carry out joinery manufacturing and more specific repairs in house.
